I agree with you zhana06, if you listen to the song, she says she sent the baby back. She didn’t have it because she was young. That’s why she speaks about heaven, and seeing the baby again. She did not have the baby, because she didn’t want to give it up for an adoption, just thinking about doing something like that is evil.
